Please enter your email address and order number to track the status of your order. If you do not know your order number, kindly check the order confirmation email that Lazada has previously sent to your email address.

Guidelines:

• If you anticipate that you would not be available to receive your order, please provide the recipient with a valid copy of your ID along with a signed authorization letter or print out a copy of the order confirmation page.

• If your payment method is Cash On Delivery, please have the exact amount ready upon delivery.

• Large/heavy items may incur a shipping charge, which would have been calculated for you during checkout.

Tracking information may not yet be available for your order - it will be available the next business day, once LBC has updated their records.
